Halloween parties are about costumes and fun, not spending the entire evening in the kitchen. We’re inviting friends and family over for a party the weekend before Halloween and I want to share some easy appetizers that are so delicious they’ll disappear – almost like magic.

Hickory Farm’s Summer Sausage and crackers is quick and easy party appetizer solution that I knew would look amazing on these Halloween dishes.
For my frightfully delicious Halloween platter I sliced up beef summer sausage and served it along side golden toasted crackers. Party set up is easy when you prepare the summer sausage in advance. Slice into thin pieces and refrigerate for up to 3 days in an air tight container. If the guests stay past the witching hour it’ll be easy to refill the tray throughout the night.
