My grandma (and every women in my family for that matter) makes pork chops exactly the same way. Pan fried and seasoned with mustard. We’re just a week into April and that means its time for this month’s reading list! If you finished up 4 books last month you are already ahead of me! I keep stacking my books to read and finding other busy things to fill my time with. We’re going on vacation this month and I’m planning to get a TON of reading done on our flight to London.
